We understand that sometimes the excitement of a new product and the wait for it's arrival can be agonizing; however we would like to assure you that we will do our utmost to process and dispatch your item/s as soon as possible once payment is made.

How long will delivery take? We aim to have your item/s delivered within 3 working days of received payment, but please allow up to 15 working days.

How will you deliver? All items will always be dispatched via a fully tracked & recorded delivery service. All deliveries will require signature on arrival.

Can I track my product? Yes, Tracking Number will be provided in the dispatch email, Delivery information including Tracking number, shipped date, courier etc. can be viewed via the 'Won Auction' or 'Store Purchases' tab in the my account area.
