- Users must be at least 18 years of age
- To register, users must have a valid email address. BidZZo will send all new users a registration Confirmation email.
- user can win:
a maximum of 3 products in any 24 hour rolling period, and
a maximum of 6 products in any 7 day rolling period, and
a maximum of 12 products any 30 day rolling period.
Example: If a user was to win 12 products within a 25 day period, he would not be able to bid for the next 5 days. Once the 30 day rolling period has elapsed the user would be allowed to bid again.

- A user can bid using the website
- Payment of products won is made online under the ‘Won Auctions’ Tab in the My Account area.
- We aim to get all products delivered within 3 working days; but please allow up to 15 working days.any exceptions to this timeframe will be listed in the product description section on the auction page.
- BidZZo Credit Packs can be purchased by using a valid credit/debit card. Card types accepted are Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro & American Express, PayPal and your E-Wallet funds can also be used.

The main auction type is - Highest Unique Bid Auction:
- Highest Unique Auction: Every auction has a ‘Bid Quota’ which is the number of bids needed to start the ‘countdown timer’, The ‘countdown timer’ will last 12 hours then the auction will end and the bidder with the ‘highest unique’ bid is the winner. The ‘highest unique’ bid is a ‘unique’ bid offered by sole bidder that is closest to the ‘Max Price’. On winning you pay the ended auction price plus shipping (If applicable).
- Multi Winner: The users that has the 2nd highest unique bid will be awarded £20 into their E-Wallet or 3rd highest unique bid will get £10 into their E-Wallet at the end of an auction.
Other additions to the main auctions are as follows:
Beginner Auction: This gives users who haven’t yet won their 1st auction a better chance of winning an auction by only allowing other users who also haven’t won to participate. Users who have won an auction cannot participate in this type of auction.
Free Shipping: This means that there is no shipping
& handling charge for this auction., Only the final auction price
will be payable (If Applicable).
100% Free Auction: This means that the winner of the auction will not have to pay the final auction price, however shipping is still payable (If Applicable).
Reward Auction: This type of auction rewards users that
purchase credit packs. Users who rely on free bids, friend referrals
etc. cannot participate in this type auction unless they purchase
credits.

What is the BidZZo store?
The BidZZo store is an online store where items can be purchased using your E-Wallet funds, Credit card, Debit card or PayPal. The store will have a wide range of items ranging from BidZZo merchandise to Music & Books to electronic accessories.

What does the ‘Cost per Bid’ mean?
Each auctioned item has a 'Cost per Bid’ which is the bid fee set for the
auction.
Can I get a refund on a unopened or defective product.

What is a ´Highest Unique´ bid?
This
is a ‘Unique’ bid placed by a sole bidder that is closest to the ‘Max Price’ at
the end of the auction, the ‘highest unique' bid wins the auction.
Are all products original?
All our products are brand new and sealed in
their original packaging unless specifically stated in the auction’s Product
description.
How do I change my password or details?
To change your
password or details, all you need to do is the following:
1. Login
2. Click on ‘My account’
3. Click on the tab 'Change Password' or 'Show/Edit
My Details'.

I am trying to register but it says my username is already taken
In this case you will have to choose
a different username, Sorry.
Do I pay for delivery?
No, Deliveries are FREE of charge to locations in the United
Kingdom & Northern Ireland unless specifically stated otherwise in the
auction page.
How can I pay for the products I’ve won?
Paying for won auctions can be done by using a
valid credit card, debit card or by PayPal alternatively if you have funds
in your ‘E-Wallet’ this can be used to pay for products you've won. We do not accept payments
over the phone.
What does ‘Bid Quota’ mean?
Each auctioned item has a ‘Bid Quota’ which is the number of bids set for the auction.
Can I get a refund on Credit Packs I have purchased?
Yes, you
will be eligible for a refund on a Credit Pack/s if you have not used any
Credits from a Credit Pack to bid in an auction.

Do the products come with a warranty?
All our products come with a full manufacturer’s
or supplier’s warranty unless specifically stated in the auction's Product
description.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver, to locations in the United Kingdom only.
Deliveries to some less accessible areas could
incur a delivery surcharge of £10 - £15. These areas include portions of
Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Islands (including the Shetlands and the
Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey), Cornwall, Northumberland, PO Boxes and BFPO
addresses
How do I pay for bidding?
You will be required to purchase Credit Packs to bid.
Credit Packs can be paid for by using a valid Credit card, Debit card or by
PayPal, alternatively if you have funds in your ‘E-Wallet’ this can be used to
pay. We do not accept payments
over the phone.

I am trying to register but it says my email address is already in use
You may already have an account with us, perhaps try entering your e-mail address in the forgot password
page. This will send your password to you if
you've previously signed up with us.
What can I do if I forgot my username or my password?
If you remember the email address you've registered with, please use the forgot password page. Your
username and password will be sent to this email address.
However, if you forgot the email address, you’ll have to contact our customer
service via our contact us form.
What is a ´Unique´ bid?
This
is a bid placed by a sole bidder but is not the closest to the ‘Max Price’
I have filled out and submitted the registration from but I haven’t received the confirmation email, what do I do?
Please
check your ’spam’ and ‘junk’ email folders first. Confirmation email is sent
automatically and immediately after registration, so it may have been
accidentally caught by your 'spam filter'. If you still can’t find the
confirmation email, please send an email to our customer service via our contact us
form

include as much information as you can about your registration, like your name, username the email address you used to register. This will help in
locating your details faster.
How do I subscribe or unsubscribe from receiving the BidZZo Newsletter?

What is a ´Non-Unique´ bid?
This is a bid that
was placed by two or more bidders. A ‘Non-unique’ bid does not compete, and
cannot win the auction.
How does the ‘Countdown timer’ work?
Each auctioned item has a ‘Countdown timer’ the ‘Countdown timer’ will display ‘Waiting…’ until the auction is close to the ‘Bid Quota’ set. Once the ‘Countdown timer’ starts it indicates the amount of time left before the auction ends.
How secure are your payment methods?
We partner with
well-established & reputable payment processor(s) for online payments. We
take your privacy and security seriously.
NOTE: we do not store any of
your financial information.
How long until I receive my product?
Your won item will start being processed as soon as payment is made and
confirmed as received by Us, then the winning item will be sent to you. Please
see our Delivery Information page for delivery times.
I do not live in the United Kindgom. Can I still participate on bidzzo.com?
BidZZo Co. Ltd Limited currently operates a website in
the United Kingdom.
Only users from this country are able to participate in
our auctions at this time. Users based outside of the UK will not be able
register or participate on bidzzo.com
NOTE: Items will only be sent to valid UK addresses.
Can I refund my unused Credits Packs if I close my account?
No
sorry, Credit Packs are non-refundable on account closure.
What does the ‘Max Price’ mean?
The ‘Max Price’ is the highest bid price that can be offered in an auction. Our system will not accept higher bids than the maximum price set.
For example, if the ‘Max Price’ in an auction is £29 then £29.01 and higher will not be accepted by our system.
What is a ´Ruled Out´ bid?
A bid
is ruled out of the auction if one of the following applies:
- The bid is positioned 4th in a row of
the same bidder, in the top 10.
- The bid is the 10th bid of the same bidder that
is positioned in the top 50.
A ruled out bid does not compete, and cannot
win the auction.
I want to close my account?
To close your account,
Please send an email to our customer service via our contact us form consenting that you would like - your
account to be closed.
Important: - If you close your account, you won’t
be able to re-register with bidzzo.com using the email address for 2 months.
Please note that you will lose any Paid/Free Credits or E-Wallet funds you
currently have in your account.

your budget - it's very important to have a bidding budget and to follow it
accordingly.
I have received a damaged or faulty product, what should I do?
Apologies for the inconvenience caused. On rare occasions it is possible
that an item might not work or become damaged in transit during the delivery
process.

In the event that the product you received is faulty:
Firstly, check that it actually is faulty. Check the manufacturer's web
site or call their helpline. Many common problems are easily solved without
having to return the product.
If this does not solve the problem, please contact customer service
using our contact us form and we will instruct you from there.
Please have the Auction ID, Your username and the serial number of the product
ready so we can quickly locate your order.
Please DO NOT send the item back to us without contacting us
first. This could result in a delay between return of your item and a
replacement being dispatched. If your product does need replacing, we will
contact you and let you know what to do.
What does ‘Ending Soon’ mean?
When the countdown timer starts for an auction it will display ‘Ending Soon’ also identified by the colour ‘Yellow’. it is still possible to place bids.
It says I have reached my winning limit and can no longer bid in this auction!?
In the interest of fairness to all users we have a
win limit system active.
A
user can win:
1. a
maximum of 3 products in any 24 hour rolling period, and
2. a
maximum of 6 products in any 7 day rolling period, and

maximum of 12 products any 30 day rolling period.
Example:

Can I return a product that I have won in an auction?
Yes, you can return a

Reason for returning the product
Note: We can only offer a refund on the
final price of the product you have won in the auction and not on the cost of the
Credits placed (on that product), or the delivery costs unless item is defective.
What happens if I select the same bid twice?
If
you accidentally duplicate a bid you have previously placed, you will
not be charged and your original bid will not be cancelled.
What does Auction ‘Ending Today’ mean?
This is an auction where it will end before the end of the day, also identified by the colour 'Orange'. It is still possible to place bids.
Do I get a refund if I return the product?
Following the
right return procedure and subject to our refund policy, we can only offer a
refund on the final price of the product you have won in the auction and not on
the cost of the Credits placed (on that product), or the delivery costs unless
returned product is defective.
Can I place more than one bid?
Placing
more than one bid is recommended, as it will increase your chances of winning
the auction. Also by doing this you will have an indication as to where your
bids stand against bids placed by other users.
Why do you request verification before a won item is dispatched?
For the
prevention of fraud and In the interest of fairness to all users verification
may be requested prior to dispatch of a won item to ensure that the item is
being sent to a genuine user and/or correct address.

What happens if I select the same bid price as someone else?
If you select the
same bid price as someone else, your bid will cancel out theirs. You will be
charged for this bid, however, this can, if used in the right way, can help to
insure you win.
When do friend referral rewards become available?
The
reward funds you receive from the friend referral scheme will build up in your
‘Reward Balance’, Every 14 days the amount in your ‘Reward Balance’ will move to
‘Available Amount’ where it can then be transferred to your E-Wallet. Funds in
your E-Wallet can be used to purchase credits, Pay for won auctions and
Purchases items from our BidZZo store.
What does Auction ‘Ending Now’ mean?
This is an
auction that will end within 1 hour. It is still possible to place bids.
What happens if someone else selects the same bid price as me?
Unfortunately,
your bid price will be cancelled out, becoming ‘Non-Unique’ Therefore you
should re-bid, with a new ‘Unique’ bid price.
How will I know when the auction has ended?
The Auction will be marked “ENDED”.
Can I bid on lots of auctions at once?
Yes, there is no limitation. But make
sure you are familiar with the limits on the products and/or won auctions you
are actually allowed to win within any 30 day rolling period.
When do auctions end?
An auction will end when the ‘Countdown timer’ starts
and reaches “00:00:00”.
Will I be charged for each bid?
Yes, each bid you place has a
participation fee ‘Cost per Bid’, the cost of a bid is indicated in the
auction page when logged in.
How will I know if I’ve won an auction?
Once the auction has ended, if you are in 1st place
on the leaderboard you are the winner. You will also receive an e-mail
notifying you that you have won the auction.
Can I bid at night?
Yes you can, All Highest Unique Auctions are active 24
hours a day.
I won an auction, what happens next?
When the auction ends, you will be notified by email
that you have won, you must accept and pay for the won auction within 7 days. After this point, you will forfeit the won item. bidzzo will assumes
that, despite winning the item, you do not wish to avail yourself of its
purchase, Shipping fee (if applicable) is
required to deliver the item to the winner.
Note: The
price of the won item is:
1. The final auction
price when the timer reaches zero (if applicable) plus
2. Shipping
& handling (if applicable)
When do new auctions start?
Usually auctions with popular
products will reopen straight after the previous one ends. By joining our Facebook, following us on
Twitter, agreeing to receive our newsletters, you will be updated with new
auctions and products.
Which browser is best to use?
Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are most compatible with our server/website.
Using either one of these browsers may reduce any lag time on the site during
auctions. We also recommend if you are using Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or
even any of the other major browser please ensure your browser is fully up to
date.
How does the Beginner Auctions add-on work?
We would like to give new users a better chance of winning their 1st
auction so to accomplish this we have ‘Beginner Auctions’.
How it works is simple, Users that haven’t yet won an auction can
participate in auctions where all other participants also haven’t yet won. This
way new users do not have to bid against more experienced users.
How does the Reward Auction add-on work?
This type of auction is designed to reward users who
buy credits instead of relying on free bids, friend referral bonus etc.
How it works is simple, every credit purchase comes
with 2 day’s (48 Hours) worth of reward time, this reward time will allow the
user to participate in reward auctions. Once the reward time has fully depleted
the user will need to top up their reward time to continue bidding in the
reward auctions.
How does the 100% Off Auction add-on work?
This means that the winner of the auction will not
have to pay the final auction price, however shipping is still payable (If
Applicable).
How does the Free Shipping Auction add-on work?
This means that there is no shipping & handling
charge for this auction. Only the final auction price will be payable (If
Applicable).
Can I change my mind once I have placed a bid?
No,
once you have placed your bid it will affect the order of the other
participant’s bids placed in the auction.
